Dosing information is provided with the kits. Please to do not take if there are contraindications or allergies. If you are unsure how to take and if the medications are safe for your use, please speak to your doctor prior to taking.

We can only provide concierge medicine to those we have an established patient relationship  while the patient is in Connecticut prior to travel. Once that is established (prior to a trip), medical advice and treatment can be provided while ouside of CT.

Prescriptions can be provided if indicated to those in the concierge medicine program (both prior to travel and while traveling).
